What is a member number?
We are a credit union, a not-for-profit financial cooperative owned and operated by you, our members. When you open your first account, you get a unique number assigned to you, this number is your member number.
Your member number is important because it identifies you as an AllSouth member. You need your member number to open additional accounts and get started with other great services we offer.

How can I find my account number?
Your account number is included in your account information when you first open your account. You can also view your account number and other helpful account details in Online and Mobile Banking. Your account number is also included on your accounts statements, whether you receive them by mail or through eStatements.

How can I sign up for Online Banking?
New users can simply select ‘Enroll’ in the login box on our website or through our Mobile Banking App and complete the signup steps. Once you’ve successfully signed up for Online and Mobile Banking, you can start using it immediately.

What if I forgot my Password or User ID Online and Mobile Banking?
No worries! You can reset your password anytime by selecting “Forgot Password” in the Online Banking Login box. If you forgot your Login ID or are locked out of your account, you can select “Recover Account.” Simply follow the steps provided once you’ve made your selection.

How do I activate or reset the PIN for my debit card?
You can call 1-800-992-3808 anytime to activate or reset your PIN. You can also reset your PIN at any AllSouth ATM.

What if I lose my Credit Card or it is stolen?
To report a lost, stolen, or compromised Credit Card, you can call 1-800-558-3424 for 24 hour support.

What if I lose my Debit Card or it is stolen?
If your Debit Card has been lost, stolen, or you think your card number has been compromised, you can let us know right away by calling 803-736-3110 or 1-800-272-0695. Plus, our lost and stolen Debit Card service is available 24/7.

Can my Debit Card be used outside of the United States and if so, is that an extra cost?
Travel assured, you can use your AllSouth Visa Debit Card anywhere you see the Visa logo. If you use your card outside of the United States, there is a 1% foreign fee added to each transaction. Please remember to contact us with your travel dates and destination.

What are the limits for my Debit Card?
For your protection, there is an ATM cash withdrawal limit of $500 per day. Debit Cards have a limit of 25 authorizations per day.*

Does AllSouth offer Mobile Wallet?
Yes, we offer Mobile Wallet. Add your card to your Mobile Wallet using Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, or Samsung Pay®. Once your AllSouth Debit or Credit Card is added to your Mobile Wallet, simply tap your card at checkout anywhere you see the contactless icon.

How do I access my Credit Card account information?
We partner with Elan Financial Services on our Credit Card services. You can manage your Credit Card online or by using the Elan Credit Card Mobile App.

How can I make deposits to my account after AllSouth is closed?
You can deposit checks anytime using Mobile Deposit in Mobile Banking. To see if your account is eligible for this service, log in to Mobile Banking and select Deposit.
You can also make cash and check deposits or loan payments by using the night deposit available at any branch location with a drive-thru. The night deposit will be located in the first lane of the drive-thru.

What should I do if my checks are lost or stolen?
It’s okay, we’ve got you covered. You’ll need to contact us to close that account and we’ll help you set up a new account. You can also request a stop payment on a check(s) in Online or Mobile Banking.

How do I place a stop payment on a check or electronic draft?
You can place a stop payment on a check anytime using Online or Mobile Banking by selecting Stop Payments under Accounts. To place a stop payment on an electronic draft, please contact us.
